Return Policy
Online Purchases:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, within 30 days of your order date, you may return your unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with original price tickets attached, together with the invoice and packing list, by mail (for refund) or at one of our stores (for exchange or store credit notes).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned by mail or at stores.
All evening items and earrings are final sale.
We reserve the right not to accept returns on any item that has been worn, washed or altered or without the original price tickets and/or tags attached.
By Mail (Online purchases only)
Within 30 days of your order date, send an email to returns@annabella.ca with the following information:

- Date Shipped:
- Ship to Name:
- Your Name:
- Your Phone Number:
- Your Email Address:
- Reason:
- SKU# and Qty of items to be returned:
Tips: You may find the information from the invoice shipping with your order.
We will send you an email with Return Authorization Number and details to complete the return process by mail.
Please allow 5 business days to process your return request.
- Wait until you receive the Return Authorization Number by email.
- Pack the items in original packaging and seal the package securely.
- Shipping method with tracking information is recommended.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for returns by mail.
- Refunds will be credited back to the credit card of original payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
At Stores (Online purchases only)
Within 30 days of your order date, bring the unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with original price tickets attached, together with the invoice and packing list to one of our stores. Find our store locations here.
We will either exchange the item or issue a store credit note for future purchases at our stores. Store credit notes cannot be redeemed for online purchases or cash.
No refunds will be made for returns to stores.
Store Purchases:
